Onda Vi40 was released in Jan 2012 but very limited stock has only been available this week. It offers top configuration at a very competitive price and has many advantages over the iPad2 and Galaxy mainly operating on a 9.7 inch IPS Capacitive touch screen, same as iPad2 but produces more accuracy and response at touch.
