Apart from the normal quality assurance checks that all the goods have passed in the factory line, we have a strict testing process to ensure that your ordered products are functionally correct before they are packed and sent to you. All the products purchased from us are covered by 7- DAY REFUND as of delivery date( any reasons for refund, we will receive within this days, but you must first inform us in writing Via Email message( ) ; 1-MONTH WARRANTY for replacement and 1 -YEAR WARRANTY for repair as of delivery date.

Please read the following after-sales terms first so as to be better under Ebellking warranty(the following is included in the warranty):

1.Missing Item

Items missed completely or partially from an order

2.Cosmetic Damage

Physical damage on products' surface or shell

3.Wrong Product Received

Product that is completely different from Ebellking web description

4. Verified Functional Failure

Failure that makes the device unable to use, repairing of which needs to change board, screen or reset cables etc. The following is not included in the warranty

1. Customer Induced Damage

Damage caused by customer's incorrect operation or insufficient protection, including but not limited to screen broken, moisture, scratch, rust etc. Product is claimed as defective by customers. But it is tested as "No Defect" by Ebellking engineer upon receiving.

2. Out Of Warranty

Product exceeds the warranty period

3. Non-Authorization Return

Customer returns the products without Ebellking authorization
