We understand you may choose to return an item for various reasons and we support your right to change your mind on any purchase. We only have a few guidelines for returning an item and your statutory rights are protected.
7 Days Return Policy:
For any reason, you are not happy with an item you purchased from us,you have up till the end of the 7th working day from the day after the day you receive the goods to cancel your contract. We will refund you within 30 days once you have cancelled.You must return the goods as soon as possible after cancelling... You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. To cancel your contract, you must inform us in writing Via Email messages(Info@ebellking.com). If you have received your goods before cancelling your contract, then you must send the goods back to us at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already sent you the goods, you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk within 7 days.
Return item in Original Condition:
We ask that you return the item (including cables and chargers) ... if possible with it's original box and as much original packaging as possible including cable ties and the user manua.If you return the item to us damaged or marked or if the box itself is damaged or marked or if any of the accessories are missing, we reserve the right to make deductions from the refund to cover the costs of replacing or rectifying any damage. Any signs of damage on receipt MUST be reported within 48 hours otherwise the item is considered to have been received brand new and undamaged.
One Year Manufacturers’ Warranty:
After 7 working days of receiving the item, you will lose the right to cancel the order. Within this 7 working day period, you can also request a replacement and we will bear the cost of return postage. After the 7 working day period, the buyer will bear all postage costs for any replacement. Tablet PCs are covered by our 12 month RTB (return to base) warranty, which means the buyer has to return the item to us for repair or replacement (if we find it irreparable). For items returned for repair, we will repair or replace faulty items for free within the 12 month warranty period. This does not cover user damage or any damage that was caused after the item was received in good condition. Repairs for any user damage will be borne by the buyer. We will reimburse the cost of postage(regard Rayalmail First Recorded as standard) for faulty items returned for repair within the first 28 days of original delivery. After 28 days the customer bears the costs of postage both ways. For user damaged items, the customer bears all costs including postage and repairs. We will only replace an item if we find it irreparable. The warranty covers just the tablet and not any accessories, chargers or cables. By purchasing from us, you have confirmed that you agree with our sale, returns and refunds policy.
Our one year manufacturer warranty does not affect your usual consumer rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed. Where this is the case we will reimburse postage costs both ways but where the fault is due to user damage the customer will bear the postage costs both ways. Where you claim under your usual consumer rights we will repair faulty items but if this is not possible, a replacement product will be supplied
12th December 2011: Please email us the Tracking number when you return the tablet back,which is the only evidence for future use.
17th March 2012: When you recieve your Tablet can you please leave all the protetive film in place until you are happy the Tablet performs as you want it to.If the screen gets marked the Tablet can not be refunded in full.Damaged ( marked ) screens need to be replaced and incure a 20% deduction of the purchase cost.
